To many people journalism is reporting the sports scores, the upcoming weather conditions or perhaps writing a novel to shed light on a personal view of life. Who we suggest are the real reporters are those individuals who can change the course of society by enabling that society to poses a greater sense of clarity and perception. Those reporters who can see and resolve the conflicts of life without resorting to violence to achieve a harmonious resolution.

   We are hoping the small newspaper man who can be in touch with their community leaders to establish a working co-operative to support the growth and happiness flowing within their community. Someone who knows the strengths and weaknesses of their community leaders and knows how to influence them so they will have unity and support for their community endeavours and projects. What and how these journalists portray the mood and future outlook will lead to how these people will respond within their community.
